02.Couples Consultation
This session allows both partners to share their perspectives and explore the challenges affecting the relationship. Together, we will identify areas of concern and establish goals for the journey ahead.
03.Family and Group Support
Group sessions provide a facilitated environment for discussion, learning, support, and collaborative problem-solving. The focus may be therapeutic, developmental, educational, preventative, or supportive depending on the needs of the group. Suitable for: - Families - Support groups - Community groups - Psychoeducational groups - Wellness and resilience programmes - Development and skills-based groups
04.School-Based Psychosocial Support
Schools face a wide range of psychosocial challenges affecting learners, educators, and broader school communities. Services may include learner support, psychoeducation, emotional wellbeing programmes, resilience-building initiatives, behavioural support, crisis intervention, and facilitated group discussions. Interventions are designed in consultation with school stakeholders to ensure that support is relevant, practical, and responsive to the needs of the school environment.
05.Organisational & Workplace Psychosocial Support
Workplace wellbeing is influenced by organisational culture, interpersonal relationships, leadership practices, and the demands placed on employees. Organisational support services may include employee wellbeing initiatives, stress management, resilience development, conflict resolution, team dynamics, communication workshops, leadership support, and facilitated group interventions. Services are tailored to the unique needs and objectives of each organisation.
